Rental Space Pricing

Event Space - Saturdays & Sundays

  • 2 Hour Event - $225: Includes additional 30 minutes before and after event for setup/cleanup

  • 4 Hour Event - $350: Includes additional 30 minutes before and after event for setup/cleanup

  • Full Day Event - $600: Includes access to the space from 8am-10pm.

    *Fees include basic cleaning charges. Additional fees may be incurred for cleanup in certain cases.

Large Conference Room

  • 2 Hour Meeting - $150

  • 4 Hour Meeting - $250

  • Full Day - $400

    *Cleaning charges may be added for groups bringing in catering and other special cases.

Boardroom

Hourly Rate: $40/hour

Full Day: $300

More Information

  • The private 850 sq. ft. conference room can accommodate up to 50 guests in seating arrangements or 30 guests in conference room style. It comes equipped with two projection screens and HDMI capabilities. Additionally, a podium and whiteboards are available upon request. The room's flexibility allows for easy rearrangement or removal of tables to set up auditorium-style seating.

  • The private 500 sq. ft. suite can accommodate up to 8 guests. If needed, projector and HDMI capabilities are available upon request. There is also an option to request a breakout room, though an additional charge applies.

  • The Church Sanctuary is a collaborative and communal space spanning over 500 sq ft, capable of accommodating up to 100 guests. It features a kitchenette and a breakout area for added convenience. TV projections are readily available, and upon request, a projector can be provided.

  • We offer a range of communal and collaborative meeting spaces across our four historic buildings. Each area can accommodate up to 8 guests and has the option for HDMI and projector capabilities upon request. Rental rates for these spaces begin at $25 per hour.
